Isosteareth-20. RTD IS-20 by Hallstar is a non-ionic surfactant, co-emulsifying-, foaming- & solubilizing agent. It is produced through the ethoxylation of isostearyl alcohol. It is used to solubilize fragrances, essential oils and other hydrophobic compounds in aqueous systems. It may also be used in aerosol products to generate foam in conjunction with the propellant. RTD IS-20 is suitable for hair styling mousses, gels, volumizing, conditioning and shine gels, pomades/waxes, foundations and eye makeup remover. Also, used in antiperspirant/deodorants, spray deodorants, deodorant sticks, eye area color cosmetics, facial color cosmetics and facial skin care.
