Butyl Stearate. Acts as a plasticizer in nail varnishes as well as emollient in skin creams, lotions and lipsticks. It is soluble in alcohol, mineral oils, acetone, chloroform, ketones, hydrocarbons, plasticizer & most organic solvents with the exception of glycol and amines.
