Dimethicone PEG-8 Meadowfoamate. FANCORSIL® LIM-1 by Elementis acts as a repairing, moisturizing and shining agent. It is non-animal origin and manufactured by complexing the fatty acid of the natural triglyceride meadowfoam seed oil (limnanthes alba) with silicone. It builds up density and more creaminess to the foam without depressing it. It absorbs easily into hair, repairs cuticle, increases strength and improves shine, feel & combability. It offers film forming properties and helps to build body & texture in formulations. It also provides emolliency and lubricity in both skin and hair care applications. FANCORSIL® LIM-1 is used in lipsticks, decorative cosmetics, hair conditioner, styling aids, shampoo, body lotion, skin cream, bath & spa products, gels and baby products. The shelf life of this grade is 3 years.
