XIAMETER™ OFX-0190 Fluid

PEG/PPG-18/18 Dimethicone. XIAMETER™ OFX-0190 Fluid by Dow acts as an emollient, humectant, plasticizer and wetting agent. It is a silicone glycol copolymer and compatible with a wide range of cosmetic ingredients.
