PEG/PPG-17/6 Copolymer. Ucon™ 75-H-450 by Dow is a moderate viscosity, emollient and a deposition agent. Provides smooth application, solvency and slip properties. It can reduce the sensation of tackiness during or after application and leave formulations feeling smoother. Ucon™ 75-H-450 is used in moisturizing body lotions (anti-wrinkle & anti-aging) and eye make-up removers. It is recommended for antiperspirants, eye makeup removers and deodorants. It is used in facial toners, body wash and skin care lotions and creams.
