Phenoxyethanol (and) Ethylhexylglycerin. Nipaguard® EHP by Clariant is a preservative blend. It is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent.
  • It shows good compatibility with cosmetic ingredients including emulsifiers, anionic and nonionic surfactants.
  • It exhibits boosting effect enables lower concentrations of preservatives.
  • It shows microbial activity against yeasts, molds, gram positive and negative bacteria.
  • It is used in hair conditioners, color cosmetics, antiperspirants & deodorants, bar- and liquid soaps.
  • It is also used for shampoos, showers, sun protection and hair styling products.
  • Nipaguard® EHP is recommended for wet wipes, syndets, creams and lotions.
