Lauroyl/?Myristoyl Methyl Glucamide. GlucoTain® Flex by Clariant is a mild, non-ionic surfactant with superior thickening properties of an amphoteric surfactant. It is a salt-free, sugar-based product with a good cleansing ability for hair and skin care.
  • It shows a distinct conditioning effect and provides shine, creamy foam and squeaky-clean, moisturized & nourished after feel.
  • It supports the development of sulfate- & CAPB-free formulations for a wide range of applications.
  • It offers very good skin tolerability when combined with primary foamers like sodium laureth sulfate and sodium cocoyl isethionate.
  • In shampoos, it reduces combing force in wet & dry state, generates soft hair and can help to reduce or eliminate conditioner polymers and silicones.
  • It is suitable for fine, damaged and colored hair.
  • GlucoTain® Flex is applicable in showers & baths, liquid hand soaps, facial cleansers, shaving products and syndets.
  • It is miscible with all types of surfactants (anionic, non-ionic, cationic and amphoteric).
  • It is Vegan, Ecocert & Cosmos approved and Ecotain & Halal certified.
