Paester™ PHSA

Polyhydroxystearic Acid. Paester™ PHSA by Patech Fine Chemicals and distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in APAC is a high-performance, palm-free natural dispersant. It is derived from non-palm sources and 100% natural plant-based materials. It consists of oligomers formed through the self-polymerization of 12-hydroxy stearic acid.

• It offers superior pigment-loading capabilities compared to castor oil, effectively dispersing both inorganic and organic pigments more efficiently.
• It contributes to film-forming properties and improves water resistance.
• It exhibits superior dispersing abilities for ZnO, resulting in smaller particle sizes and more uniform dispersion compared to mineral oil and castor oil.
• Paester™ PHSA is COSMOS approved and Ecocert certified.
