CoCo-Complete BCR® by Bio Component Research acts as an emollient and conditioning agent. It is a lightweight fluid that absorbs quickly, acting as a skin-softening, hydrating, rejuvenating, and protecting agent. It can be used at 100% concentration and is suitable for creating silky, surfactant-free microemulsions.
