PCA Ethyl Cocoyl Arginate (100.0%). CAE by Ajinomoto is an anti-static and conditioning agent with anti-microbial activity. It is an amino acid-based cationic surfactant derived from L-arginine, DL-pyrrolidone carboxlate and fatty acid. It is biodegradable, improves hair resilience and prevents static electricity. It is a preservative replacement and is very safe to the skin and eye mucosa, even in high concentration. CAE can be used in tonics, shower gel, creams, lotions, treatments, pre- and post-sun care products. It is recommended for skin & make-up products, shampoos, conditioners, hair tonics, hair creams, foundations and lipsticks.
