EPI-REZ™ Resin 7521-WH-57 by Westlake Epoxy is a non-ionic epoxy dispersion. It is compatible with a wide range of water-reducible amine curing agents. It is designed for use with EPIKURE™ Curing Agents 8530-W-75 or 6870-W-53. When combined with EPIKURE™ 8530-W-75, it offers a cost-effective, high-performance alternative to conventional waterborne epoxy coating systems, known as the NextGen Epoxy™ Waterborne System.<br>

<li>EPI-REZ™ Resin 7521-WH-57 exhibits high solids with low viscosity for easier handling.</li></ul> EPI-REZ™ Resin 6520-WH-53 by Westlake Epoxy is a very low odor, 53% solids, non-ionic aqueous dispersion of a modified EPON™ Resin 1001 type solid epoxy resin. It exhibits good compatibility with many water reducible amine curing agents. It contains a low level of solvent (acetone and propylene glycol monomethyl ether). <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers mechanical stability, very fast dry and recoat times, very good gloss and aesthetics and very good corrosion and water resistance. </li>
<li>It is designed to provide the high performance of traditional epoxy coatings in low VOC, non-HAP waterborne coatings. </li>
<li>The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 6520-WH-53 is 1 year.</li></ul> EPI-REZ™ Resin 7510-W-60 by Westlake Epoxy is a nonionic, waterborne emulsion of a liquid BPA epoxy resin. It offers low or no odor and non-flammability benefits. It is mechanically stable and fully water-reducible. It is used in ambient or heat cured coatings. It also acts as a modifier for other waterborne emulsions such as epoxy or acrylic dispersions. <br>

<li>EPI-REZ™ Resin 7510-W-60 is free from organic solvents and plasticizers.</li>
<li>It is an easily handled emulsion and suitable for use with many acrylic latex resins.</li>
<li>It provides good shear stability, superior wetting and penetration when used in concrete primer/ sealer formulations.</li>
<li>In combination with waterborne curing agents, it can be used for maintenance coatings, primer/sealers and high gloss concrete coatings.</li></ul> EPI-REZ™ Resin 3540-WY-55 by Westlake Epoxy is a non-ionic stable dispersion of high molecular weight epoxy resin. It is a 55% solids dispersion of an EPON™ Resin 1007F in water and 2-propoxyethanol. It is designed for use in formulating industrial baking finishes. When crosslinked with an appropriate resole, melamine or urea-formaldehyde resin and baked, epoxy coatings can be obtained that offer performance comparing favorably to solvent-borne epoxy coatings. <br>

<li>The shelf life of this product is 1 year.</li></ul> EPI-REZ™ Resin 3546-WH-53 by Westlake Epoxy is a low VOC, physically stable, 53% solids dispersion of EPON™ Resin 1007 in water and methoxy propanol. It offers good adhesion to metal and glass. It may also be used to modify ambient cure epoxy resin dispersions EPI-REZ™ Resin 3520-WY-55 and EPI-REZ™ Resin DPW-6520 to shorten the dry time, improve hardness development and increase the cured film flexibility. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>This non-ionic resin dispersion is used to formulate non-HAPS industrial ambient cure coatings in conjunction with waterborne EPIKURE™ amine curing agents as well in gloss enamels, primers or clear coatings. </li>
<li>It is used in clear bake coil coatings, and pigmented bake and ambient cure industrial coatings. </li>

It does not contain organic solvent. It possesses moderate viscosity and mechanical stability. It exhibits high epoxy functionality, good chemical and water resistance. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is completely water reducible, providing wide latitude for viscosity reduction.</li>
<li>It offers compatibility with most latex resins. </li>
<li>It is used in coatings. </li>
<li>The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3510-W-60 is 18 months. </li></ul> EPI-REZ™ Resin 3522-W-60 by Westlake Epoxy is a non-ionic, aqueous dispersion of a solid bisphenol A epoxy resin. It does not contain organic solvents. It has moderate viscosity and mechanically stable. It can also be used in formulations which are traditionally water based and require improved chemical as well as water resistance. <br>

<li>The shelf life of EPI-REZ™ Resin 3522-W-60 is 1 year.</li></ul> EPI-REZ™ Resin 7720-W-50 by Westlake Epoxy is an odorless, non-ionic, waterborne epoxy dispersion based on a modified EPON™ Resin 1001-type solid epoxy resin. This non-flammable and non-combustible resin offers long pot life (5-6 hours), outstanding corrosion resistance and shear-stability. It is suitable for dispersing pigment. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It provides good performance to solvent-based epoxy coatings at an ultra-low VOC (<50 g/L). </li>
<li>It can be used in non-HAP waterborne formulation for metal and concrete substrates. </li>
<li>It exhibits good compatibility with water-reducible amine curing agent. </li>
<li>EPI-REZ™ Resin 7720-W-50 is recommended for institutional-, industrial floor- and metal coatings. </li>
