PRIMIS® SAF 9600 by Wacker is a specialty, fine particle sized styrene acrylate-based dispersion. It is free of polyethylene (PE) & fluorocarbons and provides repulpable and recyclable coatings. Coated paper and paperboard is heat-sealable, water-repellent with anti-blocking properties and when properly formulated, provides good oil and grease resistance. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It imparts a glossy appearance to the dispersion film and contains surface active emulsifiers. </li>
<li>This water-based dispersion is readily compatible with various systems and can be formulated with waxes and other additives, as needed.</li> <li>It is used in paper and paperboard barrier coating applications. </li>
<li>PRIMIS® SAF 9600 is FDA, REACH compliant and is listed in ENCS, AIIC, IECSC, Canada DSL, PICCS, TSCA, TCSI, EEA inventories. </li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 6 months. </li></ul> PRIMIS® SAF 9800 by Wacker is a low viscosity, fine particle sized styrene/acrylic acid ester copolymer dispersion for use in liquid, non-cementitious products and primers. It can be used as a co-binder for high performance wall paints for interior and exterior use, as well as in ready-to-use dispersion-based plasters. It offers very good penetration on porous substrates, improved substrate-strengthening, mechanical properties and improved block resistance. <br>

<li>It is easy to clean and forms polymer films with very good hydrophobic and oil-repellent properties. </li>
<li>It increases the stain and water resistance of interior paints and wood coatings and is readily compatible with a broad range of commercial binders.</li>
<li>It is produced without the addition of coalescing agents, organic solvents, plasticizers or alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO)-containing materials.</li>

<li>It has a shelf life of 6 months. </li></ul> PRIMIS® AF 1000 from Wacker is an aqueous dispersion that combines special properties of organic and inorganic components. It is manufactured without alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO) containing compounds. It is ideally suited for exterior masonry applications, featuring outstanding dirt and sand pick-up resistance and color stability. PRIMIS® AF 1000 is a flagship binder that offers superior performance for the production of exterior architectural paints. Core of the dispersion particles is based on inorganic silica particles and the shell is based on acrylate copolymers. PRIMIS® KT 3000 by Wacker is a highly effective additive for controlled
flocculation for exterior paints and plasters in cold environments (even if the temperatures are at 5°C). It contains zinc acetate, which complexes with water molecules, and polyethyleneimine, which can bond to components in the paint or plaster. Just one to three percent of PRIMIS® KT 3000 added to a dispersion (50%) is sufficient for a gel-like structure to form in the paint or plaster, which can protect against rain, for example, until the plaster or paint is dry. Exhibits good compatibility with vinyl-acetate-ethylene-based VINNAPAS® dispersions. It enhances the durability of the surface and shows good stability with pigment/filler and electrolyte. Recommended dosage is 1-3% in the dispersion (50%).
