SACHTOLITH® HDS by Venator Materials is a white pigment based on a synthetic micronized zinc sulfide. It is obtained from organically coated, highly purified solutions. Offers low abrasiveness due to low Mohs hardness. Exhibits high purity and is free of trace elements. Provides very good dispersibility, neutral hue and low absorption in the near UV range. SACHTOLITH® HDS is used in all abrasion-sensitive coating systems and in UV curing paints for fast and complete hardening of thick paint films. It has a shelf life of 12 months. SACHTOLITH® L by Venator Materials is a white pigment based on a synthetic zinc sulfide obtained from highly purified solutions. Offers low abrasiveness due to low Mohs hardness.
