White pigment based on a synthetic zinc sulfide obtained from highly purified solutions, is coated organically. Offers low abrasiveness due to low Mohs hardness. Provides very good dispersibility, neutral hue, and low absorption in the near UV range. Used in polyester automotive compounds and in UV curing paints for fast and complete hardening of thick paint films.
