Albecor™ 4821 by Synthomer is a high reactivity, carboxyl terminated polyester resin which is designed for hybrid coatings.<br>

resins (E.E.W. = 700 - 950) in 50:50 and 60:40 ratio.</li>

<li>The shelf life of Albecor™ 4821 is 1 year.</li></ul> Albecor™ 1450 is a low gloss, low temperature cure polyester resin. It requires less energy and provide a better wearing, easier-to-maintain, matte finish. It cures at temperatures as low as 160°C, compared to conventional systems that cure at 180°C, reducing energy consumption up to 12.5% while maintaining equal or better resistance to outdoor elements. Exhibits gloss stability across a range of curing temperatures and coating thicknesses. Low-gloss surfaces hide wear and scratches better, are easier to clean and a softer, warmer look. Suitable for use in low-thermal curing resin systems for architectural and industrial powder coatings. Applications of Albecor™ 1450 also include coatings for agricultural and construction equipment, transportation/ mass transit, heavy carpentry and aluminum frames. Albecor™ 1560 by Synthomer is a low gloss polyester resin with reduced curing cycle. Exhibits excellent overall performances. Albecor™ 1560 cures at temperatures as low as 160°C, in 97:3 ß-HAA ratio, to achieve mat finishing by dry blending with coatings based on Albecor™ 1550. Albecor™ 6171 by Synthomer is a polyester resin having superior exterior durability. It has a considerably improved mechanical properties along with excellent flow compared to standard superdurable systems in 93:7 ratio. It has improved flexibility compared to Albecor™ 6190. Albecor™ 6171 complies with GSB Master and Qualicoat Class 2 approvals. Albecor™ 6190 by Synthomer is a polyester resin with a superior exterior durability. It has a considerably improved mechanical properties along with excellent flow compared to standard superdurable systems in 93:7 ratio. Provides good storage stability. Albecor™ 6190 complies with GSB Master and Qualicoat Class 2 approvals. Albecor™ 1595 by Synthomer is polyester resin designed for low temperature curing applications starting from 140°C, in 93:7 ß-hydroxy alkyl amide ratio. It provides excellent reactivity along with excellent weathering and blooming resistance. Possible applications of Albecor™ 1595 include architectural, parts of heavy mass, ACE, earth moving equipment. Albecor™ 4631 by Synthomer is a low temperature cure polyester resin. In combination with suitable epoxy resin in 60:40 ratio, it offers good mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and overall chemical resistance. It is a high reactivity resin designed for hybrid coatings. It has a curing cycles starting from 140°C. Albecor™ 4631 is suitable for thin film applications and primers. Albecor™ 1590 by Synthomer is carboxyl-terminated polyester resin. It is designed for low temperature curing applications starting from 140°C, in 93:7 HAA ratio. It combines very good reactivity along with excellent weathering and blooming resistance. Possible applications of Albecor™ 1590 include architectural, parts of heavy mass, ACE, earth moving equipment. Albecor™ 1550 by Synthomer is a low gloss polyester resin with reduced curing cycle.
