Relca® PD-805 by Stahl is a water-based, VOC- & surfactant-free microparticle dispersion. It provides good gloss and block resistance and improves scratch and fingerprint resistance. This matting resin acts as co-binder and is suitable for architectural-, metal-, plastic-, wood- and furniture coating applications. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It shows good compatibility with other binders such as acrylics, polyurethanes and hybrids. </li>
<li>It reduces dirt pick up and tackiness when used with soft binders. </li>
<li>It has no oil absorption and porosity, and no high loss of film elongation properties. </li>
<li>Relca® PD-805 offers high thermal resistance, longer pot life and better flow for 2K systems. </li></ul> Relca® RA-290 by Stahl is a water-based, anionic, core-shell and self-crosslinking acrylic copolymer emulsion. It forms clear, glossy and very flexible films. Exhibits low water absorption and low water vapor permeability.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> It is non yellowing under UV exposure and has no gloss loss.</li>
<li> Offers excellent adhesion on PVC, aluminum, fresh concrete and alkyd paints.</li>
<li> Provides easy and quick sandability with high blocking resistance.</li>
<li> It has good compatibility with pigment pastes and high impact resistance. </li>
<li> Relca® RA-290 is recommended for clear and transparent topcoats, exterior wood varnishes, renovation paints for windows, concrete coatings and pigmented topcoats for joinery applications.</li></ul> Relca® PD-817 by Stahl is a water-based, anionic dispersion of a matt aliphatic polyester polyurethane. It offers good compatibility with other binders such as acrylics and polyurethanes. Provides hardness, dry touch and low gloss with long-lasting matting effect.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It exhibits good light fastness, and excellent heat-, scratch-, abrasion- and scuff resistance.</li>
<li>It is designed for various coating applications such as architectural, metal and plastic, wood & furniture and flooring.</li>
<li>It can also be used as a sole binder or as an additive.</li>
<li>Relca® PD-817 is suitable for glass surfaces, building & construction, film & paper and specialty coatings.</li></ul> Relca® RU-655 by Stahl is an aqueous, solvent-free and anionic dispersion of an aliphatic polycarbonate polyurethane. It forms clear, glossy and hard but flexible films.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> Offers excellent water, chemical and hydrolysis resistance.</li>
<li> Provides good adhesion on wood and metal.</li>
<li> Relca® RU-655 is recommended for parquet flooring and wood coatings.</li></ul> Relca® RA-126 by Stahl is a styrene-acrylic copolymer. Used in anticorrosive primers, DTM galvanized steel finishes, concrete flooring and decorative primers.<br><ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Offers very good water, humidity and outdoor resistance.</li>
<li>Provides good corrosion and blister resistance.</li>
<li>Relca® RA-126 exhibits very good mechanical properties.</li></ul> Relca® RU-400 by Stahl is a water-based, anionic dispersion of an aliphatic polycarbonate urethane. It is NMP & NEP-free grade. It yields clear and glossy films. It offers good chemical-, hydrolysis-, and very good abrasion resistance. Relca® RU-400 is crosslinkable at room temperature with aziridine or carbodiimides. It is recommended for PVC floor coatings, parquet flooring, industrial wood, metal and plastic coatings. Relca® RA-275 by Stahl is a watebased, anionic, alkali soluble acrylic copolymer emulsion. Exhibits good pigment wetting, high pigment load capacity, quick drying and easy sanding. Offers good rheological properties and low water absorption (8%). It yields clear and hard films. Relca® RA-275 is recommended for wood coatings, board coatings, basecoats applied by roller, flexo & gravure inks and leather finish applications. Relca® RA-191 by Stahl is a styrene acrylic copolymer emulsion. Used in metallic and plastic coatings. Offers very good alcohol hand cream resistance. Relca® RA-191 possesses very good scratch resistance. Relca® RA-176 by Stahl is an acrylic-styrene copolymer emulsion. Provides high chemical resistance. Exhibits very good outdoor and UV resistance. Used in baking enamels for metal, leather and textile coatings. Relca® RA-176 imparts very good mechanical properties. Relca® RA-218 by Stahl is styrene acrylic copolymer anionic emulsion. It is used in light duty maintenance DTM coatings, plastic coatings and dipping woodprimer. It offers high abrasion resistance and alcohol scrub resistance. It shortens the drying time of alkyd emulsions.
