Fluorosil® OH ACR C7-F

Fluorosil® OH ACR C7-F by Siltech is liquid acrylate and hydroxyl functional fluoroalkyl silicone based on non-PFOS fluoroalkyl chains. Offers solvent-, stain-, mar- and fingerprint resistance. The fluoroalkyl pendant gives excellent softness & slip, while the carbinol and acrylate groups offer reactivity for substantivity and improved performance. It also provides flexibility and lubricity. The primary hydroxyl group offers reactivity with moieties such as isocyanate, epoxy and esters & acrylate ester group provides reactivity with UV cured acrylate and other free radical cured systems. Fluorosil® OH ACR C7-F is recommended for use in coatings. The recommended usage level is between 0.05-0.5% by weight for the formulation. It has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of manufacture.
