SPP–10 by Shamrock Technologies is a low molecular weight polypropylene. Acts as a matting-, texturing-, mar/scuff-, anti-slip- and abrasion resistance agent. Provides anti-slip, matting, texture and abrasion resistance properties. SPP–10 is used in air dry, low temperature bake, and UV coatings for solvent and aqueous systems at 5-15% of total formula weight. It meets the requirements of 21 CFR 175.105, 175.300, 175.320, 177.1520, 175.125, 177.2600 and 178.3570.
