Boltorn™ H311 by Perstorp is a dendritic polymer polyol with highly branched flexible backbone with a large number of primary hydroxyl groups. It provides exceptional compressive load-building characteristics in flexible foam at very low addition levels. It improves reactivity, lowers the viscosity and balanced mechanical properties. It contains 10% water and is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Boltorn™ H311 is used as a precursor for free radical radiation curing monomers-oligomers. It is also used as an additive, partially replacing conventional cross-linkers or graft co-polymer polyols of SAN type. Boltorn™ H20 by Perstorp is a hyperbranched polyester. It has dendritic structure formed by polymerization of the particular core and 2,2-dimethylol propionic acid (Bis-MPA). Extensive branching improves reactivity, lowers the viscosity and results in balanced mechanical properties. It provides excellent thermal and chemical resistance. Boltorn™ H20 is a building block designed for coatings applications. Boltorn™ H2004 by Perstorp is dendritic polymer building block with 6 primary hydroxyl groups. It has a highly branched flexible backbone. It is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Offers unique rheology or mechanical properties, good chemical resistance and high reactivity. Exhibits excellent solubility in glycols, ethers, alcohols, ketones and aromatic solvents. Applications of Boltorn™ H2004 include cationic UV coatings and inks. Boltorn™ P500 by Perstorp is a blend of dendritic polyester and polyether polyol. It offers high reactivity, chemical resistance, scratch resistance and low shrinkage. Acrylate of Boltorn™ P500 is particularly suitable for plastic coatings and protective hard coats. Boltorn™ U3000 by Perstorp is Binder for solvent-free coating and ink systems. Extensive branching improves reactivity, lowers the viscosity and results in balanced mechanical properties. It allows woodstains and alkyd paints for outdoor applications to comply with recent VOC demands. It has an average 14 unsaturated fatty ester groups/molecule. Boltorn™ U3000 is listed in ENCS. Boltorn™ W3000 by Perstorp is amphiphilic air drying dendritic polymer. It
contains long unsaturated fatty acid chains contributing to the air-drying
and non-ionic groups, which in turn provide excellent water dispersibility. It improves reactivity, lowers the viscosity and results in balanced mechanical properties. It exhibits very good compatibility with a large number of alkyds and polyesters. By adding approximately 1% of Boltorn™ W3000 to a solvent-borne paint, 15% of the solvent can be replaced with water. Boltorn™ P500 by Perstorp is a blend of dendritic polyester and polyether polyol. It offers high reactivity, high chemical resistance, scratch resistance, tough coatings and low shrinkage. Boltorn™ P500 can be used as a precursor for UV-curing acrylate oligomers. It is particularly suitable for plastic coatings and protective hard coats. Boltorn™ P1000 by Perstorp is a blend of dendritic polyester and polyether polyol. It improves reactivity, lowers the viscosity and results in balanced mechanical properties. It allows oligomer-only formulations to be developed without the use of labelled monomers. Boltorn™ P1000 is used as precursor for UV-curing acrylate oligomers. Boltorn™ P501 by Perstorp is a blend of dendritic polyester and polyether polyol. Offers high reactivity, chemical resistance, scratch resistance and low shrinkage. It can be used as a precursor for UV-curing acrylate oligomers.
