Boltorn™ H311 by Perstorp is a dendritic polymer polyol with highly branched flexible backbone with a large number of primary hydroxyl groups. It provides exceptional compressive load-building characteristics in flexible foam at very low addition levels. It improves reactivity, lowers the viscosity and balanced mechanical properties. It contains 10% water and is a viscous liquid at room temperature. Boltorn™ H311 is used as a precursor for free radical radiation curing monomers-oligomers. It is also used as an additive, partially replacing conventional cross-linkers or graft co-polymer polyols of SAN type.
