Rovene® PU 2177 by Mallard Creek Polymers is an APEO- & pyrrolidone free, water-based aliphatic polyester polyurethane dispersion. It offers excellent chemical resistance, very high hardness, excellent standability, good blocking resistance and outstanding abrasion resistance. It can be used in 1K and 2K-system.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li> A crosslinking of 5% isocyanate on the dispersion in delivery form is recommended.</li>
<li> It is very suitable for parquet lacquers, clear coats and pigmented wood & furniture coatings.</li></ul> Rovene® PU 2172 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a pyrrolidone- & APEO free, water-based aliphatic polyether/ polyester polyurethane dispersion. It offers high elasticity and excellent abrasion resistance.<br>

<li>Recommended for paints, wood & furniture coating applications.</li></ul> Rovene® PU 2149 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a pyrrolidone- & APEO free aqueous dispersion based on a polyurethane-acrylic hybrid system. It offers excellent chemical resistance, very high hardness, very good sandability, good blocking resistance and excellent abrasion resistance. Rovene® PU 2149 is particularly suitable for parquet varnishes, clear varnishes, floor coatings, wood & furniture coatings applications. Rovene® 4201 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a self-crosslinking, carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion that has a stiff or ‘boardy’ hand. It may also be used in coatings where a very hard binder is needed. It does not film form under ambient conditions but will fuse into a film at temperatures above 120°F. It can be crosslinked with melamine formaldehyde resins to form a very hard nonblocking film. Rovene® 4201 is recommended for durable nonwovens such as floor maintenance pads and roof shingle mats, both glass and organic. Rovene® 4650 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a non-formaldehyde emitting carboxylated styrene-butadiene emulsion. It offers high glass transition temperature and has the potential for cross-linking with external resins if required. It may be used in coatings where a very hard, non-blocking binder is needed. Rovene® 6106V by Mallard Creek Polymers is a styrene acrylic emulsion. It is a high viscosity and high solids letdown emulsion for paper and paper board substrates. It offers very fast drying and excellent printability. Rovene® 6106V is recommended for high speed gravure printing, flexographic printing, printing inks, overprint varnishes, digital inks and packaging applications. Rovene® 4601 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a carboxylated styrene-butadiene polymer emulsion designed for textile back coating. It can be compounded using calcium carbonate, clays and alumina trihydrate as fillers. To obtain required application viscosity, sodium polyacrylate thickeners are commonly used. Rovene® 7006 by Mallard Creek Polymers is an environment friendly, non-plasticized emulsion polymer synthesized from vinyl acetate and ethylene. It is a low odor, low formaldehyde product and is stabilized by the alkyl phenol ethoxylates free (APEO free) system. It is mainly designed for interior coating system without solvents and plasticizers. It can bring about many changes in the gloss of indoor paints with different paint formulations according to customer demand. <br>

<li>Rovene® 7006 is suitable for emulsion paint which claims for good resistance against the blocking.</li>
<li>It can be used in paints and coating applications such as polymer bound plaster, textured coating, exterior paint and mosaic plaster.</li>
<li>It can be mixed with filler, pigment, suitable defoamer and thickening agent.</li></ul> Rovene® 6035 by Mallard Creek Polymers is an APEO free, pure acrylic emulsion. It offers UV stabilization, minimal whitening and good water resistance. Recommended for a wide array of specialty architectural, industrial coating, wood & furniture coatings and other exterior applications. Rovene® 7007 by Mallard Creek Polymers is a non-plasticized, environment friendly vinyl acetate ethylene emulsion. It offers compatibility with different tackifiers, plasticizers, solvents and extenders. Exhibits good resistance against aging, light and alkali. It provides a soft flexible film with good adhesion on the surface of many common plastic substrates. Rovene® 7007 is designed for paperboard coating applications.
