Solthix™ 250 by Lubrizol is a 40% active rheology modifier in methoxy propyl acetate (MPA). Designed to prevent sag with minimal effect on gloss in solvent-based pigmented paint system. Shows excellent package stability and excellent performance in high solids systems. <br>

It is a synthetic thickener that can be used in aqueous systems. It offers easy dispersion and flexibility in formulation for different end-uses. It exhibits good suspension properties and shear-thinning property. Solthix™ A301 is recommended for paints & coatings and printing and packaging. Solthix™ T22300 by Lubrizol is a primary oil-in-water, polyemeric emulsifier. It can emulsify up to 50% oil by weight. It is an emulsion former. It can enable formulation of permanent emulsions at very low use levels of the polymer (less than 0.3 wt. %), even at elevated temperatures. It is suitable for high-clarity gels with ionic components. Solthix™ T22300 shows rapid release of the oil phase. It is recommended for printing & packaging and paints & coatings. Solthix™ T23910 by Lubrizol is a powdered synthetic thickener based on polyacrylic acid. It is recommended for aqueous systems. It offers easy wetting behavior and flexibility in formulation for different end-use. It is an un-neutralized grade, and requires addition of ammonium hydroxide (or other appropriate neutralizing agents) to achieve maximum thickening efficiency. Improves dispersion rheology and settling in aqueous paints and inks. It is highly efficient with strongly shear thinning profile. Offers improved gloss of the finished coating and improved flop index when used in metallic basecoats. Prevents settling of inorganic pigments at low dosages. Designed for use in automotive paints, screen inks and industrial paints. Recommended dosage level of Solthix™ A100 is 0.4-1% with a shelf life of 2 years.
