Fluoron™ 4800 E

Fluoron™ 4800 E by Lawter is a non-volatile PTFE concentrate based on ultra-fine, premium PTFE in a unique blend of special vegetable oils. Exhibits very good rub resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, antiblocking and very good slip. Offers good drying and setting as well as high gloss. Provides low peppering, which allows use as a post milling additive. Possesses narrow particle size distribution and is easily dispersible. Fluoron™ 4800 E is used in heatset offset inks, overprint varnishes, sheetfed offset inks, laser imprintable & hot foil stampable applications, radiation curable and metal decorating inks.

Exhibits exceptional slip, superior mar/ abrasion resistance, excellent heat resistance as well as minimal effect on gloss and rheology. Shows stable dispersion. Fluoron™ 960 A is used in heatset offset ink, sheetfed offset ink, UV, metal decorating and overprint varnish. Suitable for aqueous & UV coatable, laser imprintable and hot foil stampable applications. Recommended dosage level ranges from 1-4%.
