Fluoron™ 4800 E by Lawter is a non-volatile PTFE concentrate based on ultra-fine, premium PTFE in a unique blend of special vegetable oils. Exhibits very good rub resistance, abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, antiblocking and very good slip. Offers good drying and setting as well as high gloss. Provides low peppering, which allows use as a post milling additive. Possesses narrow particle size distribution and is easily dispersible. Fluoron™ 4800 E is used in heatset offset inks, overprint varnishes, sheetfed offset inks, laser imprintable & hot foil stampable applications, radiation curable and metal decorating inks. Fluoron™ 960 A by Lawter is an ultra-fine, premium PTFE dispersed in a fast-setting, resinated vehicle. Exhibits exceptional slip, superior mar/ abrasion resistance, excellent heat resistance as well as minimal effect on gloss and rheology. Shows stable dispersion. Fluoron™ 960 A is used in heatset offset ink, sheetfed offset ink, UV, metal decorating and overprint varnish. Suitable for aqueous & UV coatable, laser imprintable and hot foil stampable applications. Recommended dosage level ranges from 1-4%. Fluoron™ 735 A by Lawter is a proprietary blend of PTFE dispersed in a unique, 100% non-volatile, lubricating paste. Provides superior rub and slip at significant cost savings. Offers superior mar/ abrasion resistance, minimal effect on gloss and rheology. Possesses narrow particle size distribution. It is easily dispersible. Used in heatset offset ink, sheetfed offset ink, UV, metal decorating and overprint varnish. Suitable for aqueous & UV coatable and laser imprintable applications. Fluoron™ 735 A is recommended dosage level ranges from 1-4%. Fluoron™ 672 A by Lawter is an ultra-fine, premium PTFE dispersed in a unique, 100% non-volatile, lubricating paste. Offers low COF to enhance slip and is easy to disperse. Exhibits superior mar resistance, heat resistance, minimal effect on gloss and rheology. It is designed for lubricity and abrasion resistance in inks. Used in heatset offset ink, sheetfed offset ink, metal decorating, overprint varnish. Suitable for laser printable, hot foil stampable, aqueous and UV coatable applications. Fluoron™ 672 A is recommended dosage level ranges from 1-3%.
