Flexonic™ EN41 E by Lawter is an emulsion of high melting point polyethylene wax. It does not contain APE. Used as an additive in water-based inks, paper-, wood-, metal & OPV coatings and over print varnishes. Exhibits slip, rub resistance, scratch and block resistance. Provides minimal effect on gloss. Flexonic™ EN41 E shows excellent compatibility with acrylics and styrene acrylics. Recommended usage level ranges from 3-10%. Flexonic™ 601 A by Lawter is a non-ionic polyethylene/ microcrystalline wax dispersion. Offers high degree of gloss, transparency and slip. Exhibits high mar-, scratch and wet rub resistance. Provides low foaming and very good compatibility. Utilizes a unique surfactant system that controls foaming without sacrificing water resistance or contributing to incompatibility. Used in aqueous flexographic inks, gravure inks, aqueous paper, wood, metal and OPV coatings. Flexonic™ 601 A can be used over all substrates. Recommended usage level ranges from 0.25 to 4%. Flexonic™ W-378 E by Lawter is a high melting point polyethylene wax emulsion. It does not contain APE. Used as an additive in water-based inks, paper-, wood-, metal & OPV coatings and over print varnishes. Exhibits slip, rub resistance, scratch and block resistance. Provides minimal effect on gloss. Flexonic™ W-378 E shows excellent compatibility with acrylics & styrene acrylics. Recommended usage level ranges from 2-10%. Flexonic™ 902 A by Lawter is a water-based polyethylene/ paraffin wax dispersion. Exhibits controlled slip, high gloss, high degree of mar-, scratch and wet rub resistance. Provides low foaming, fast water beading and excellent compatibility. Flexonic™ 902 A is used in aqueous flexographic inks, gravure inks, paper-, wood-, metal and OPV coatings. Recommended usage level ranges from 0.25-3%. Flexonic™ 37 A by Lawter is a non-ionic, high density polyethylene wax emulsion. Offers improved slip, rub resistance, hardness and/or block resistance. Used in paper coatings, wood coatings, metal coatings, overprint varnishes and floor polish. Flexonic™ 37 A is also used in aqueous ink applications. Flexonic™ 4104 A by Lawter is an aqueous PTFE dispersion. Exhibits high mar-, abrasion and high temperature resistance. Used in aqueous flexographic and gravure inks. Flexonic™ 4104 A has been formulated for an average particle size of 5.5 microns. Flexonic™ 600 by Lawter is polyethylene/microcrystalline wax dispersion. Offers high degree of gloss, transparency, slip, mar, scratch and wet rub resistance. Has low foaming and very good compatibility. Flexonic™ 600 is used in flexographic and gravure ink, aqueous paper, wood, metal as well as OPV coatings.
