Calcium salt. It acts as a rheological modifier. It is a brown liquid thixotrope for pigmented solventborne applications. It is highly efficient requiring low dosage levels to improve pigment suspension and sag control. It provides excellent sag resistance, elimination of hig settling, excellent performance in polar formulations, and enhancement of thermal sag control. It has applications in solventborne and high solids coatings. Metal sulfonate rheology control agent. Improves the thermal sag resistance. Is effective in reducing pigent settling. It is compatible with acrylics, alkyds, polyesters and epoxies. K-Stay® 555 has applications in solvent-borne and high solids coatings. It is used in air dry alkyds, 2K PU, primers, general industrial maintenance and heavy duty paints. Zero VOC, hydrophobically modified urethane thickener. Has pseudoplastic characteristics. Increases the "low shear" viscosity and effectively gives the excellent shear thinning properties. Provides good anti-sag, anti-settling and pumpability. Suited for high film build, spray applied formulations. Zero VOC, hydrophobically modified urethane thickener. Has pseudoplastic characteristics. Provides a viscosity increase at all shear rates, making it an effective thickener for products that require different application methods. Hydrophobically modified urethane thickener. Has pseudoplastic characteristics. Provides thickening at all shear rates, which allows versatility when more than one type of application method may be employed, such as in industrial maintenance coatings. For more "high shear" viscosity build, K-STAY 710 should be used with K-STAY 740. Zero VOC, hydrophobically modified urethane thickener. Has pseudoplastic characteristics.
