K-FLEX® A307 by King Industries is a low viscosity, 100% solids linear, saturated, aliphatic polyester diol with primary hydroxyl groups. It was designed as a flexibility modifier for acrylic/isocyanate and acrylic/melamine systems. Offers improved flexibility, good balance of surface dry/pot life in 2K PU, light color and abrasion resistance. The low hydroxyl number minimizes the crosslinker demand. It has no acid functionality. K-FLEX® A307 is used in automotive OEM, automotive refinish, aerospace, industrial maintenance and plastic coatings. Its shelf life is minimum of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions. K-FLEX® XM-332 by King Industries is an ultra low viscosity polyester polyol modifier resin with good hydrolytic stability. It is designed to provide improved flexibility in solvent based, good hydrolytic stability, high solids and solventless systems. It is recommended for use in air dry/force dry 2-component polyurethanes and blocked isocyanate systems. K-FLEX® XM-332 has applications in aerospace topcoats, automotive OEM coatings and plastic coatings. Its shelf life is of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions. K-FLEX® UD-350W by King Industries is a low molecular weight urethane diol oligomer. Used as a modifier in coil coatings, overprint varnishes, appliance coatings, automotive coatings, wood coatings, can coatings and dip coatings. Offers increased hardness and good chemical/stain resistance. Exhibits improved flow/leveling (higher gloss). Provides good hydrolytic stability. K-FLEX® UD-350W imparts very good QUV resistance and exterior durability. Possesses anti-skinning properties. K-FLEX® XM-337 by King Industries is an aliphatic saturated polyester polyol modifier resin. It is designed to provide optical clarity, increased toughness and chemical resistance for solvent based, high solids and solventless systems. K-FLEX® XM-337 possess tensile strength, low color, UV durability, high hardness, high impact resistance, abrasion resistance and overall increased toughness. It has applications in aerospace, urethane ballistic systems and thermoplastic urethanes. Its shelf life is of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions. K-FLEX® 148 by King Industries is a 100% active low-VOC aliphatic polyester diol. It is a lower viscosity version of K-FLEX 188 designed for formulating higher solids content with good hardness and increased flexibility. It is recommended as a modifier for melamine or isocyanate crosslinked coatings and inks for better flexibility, higher gloss, and improved flow out. Possesses good flow/leveling and improved flexibility. K-FLEX® 148 is used in office furniture coatings, appliance & metal deco, automotive primers, overprint varnishes, general industrials as well as coil coatings. Its shelf life is of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored at room temperature in the original container. K-FLEX® A308 by King Industries is a low viscosity, 100% active, linear, saturated, aliphatic polyester diol with primary hydroxyl groups. It was designed as a flexibility modifier for acrylic/isocyanate and acrylic/melamine systems. The low viscosity combined with higher hydroxyl number gives good hardness and adhesion while allowing lower VOC levels. Offers improved flexibility, good balance of surface dry/pot life in 2K PU, light color and abrasion resistance. It has no acid functionality. K-FLEX® A308 is used in automotive OEM, automotive refinish, aerospace, industrial maintenance and plastic coatings. K-FLEX® A308 shelf life is minimum of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions. K-FLEX® 188 by King Industries is a highly reactive, 100% active aliphatic polyester diol. Its uniform, narrow molecular weight distribution and unique chemical structure provide exceptional and consistent performance and broad compatibility. It has low-VOC. K-FLEX® 188 primary hydroxyl groups also provide reactivity with epoxies in cationic thermal cure systems. Possesses improved flexibility, excellent cured film properties and low temperature cure. Has excellent adhesion to plastics and high resistivity. Used in aminoplast or isocyanate crosslinked coatings, aerospace, plastic substrates, marine/maintenance, glass laminates/optical coatings, appliance, metal decorating and automotive OEM & refinish. Its shelf life is of 24 months from the date of manufacture when stored at room temperature in the original container. K-FLEX® 171-90 by King Industries is a chain extended polyester polyol containing primary hydroxyl groups. Used as a modifier for acrylic, alkyd, epoxy and polyester formulations. Offers narrow molecular weight distribution, high reactivity and fast cure with melamine and isocyanate crosslinkers. Gives very good pot life with isocyanate and amino crosslinkers, good flow and leveling, low isocyanate demand, very good compatibility with 2K urethane applications, and good adhesion particularly to plastic substrates. K-FLEX® 171-90 recommended usage level is 5-15% on standard resin. K-FLEX® UD-320-100 by King Industries is an aliphatic, low molecular weight urethane diol oligomer, supplied at 100% solids. It allows the incorporation of aliphatic urethane groups without the use of isocyanates. Recommended as a resin modifier for all types of melamine or isocyanate crosslinked coatings. Offers increased hardness, good chemical resistance, good exterior durability, excellent hydrolytic stability and good QUV resistance. It has lower-VOC and is isocyanate-free and solvent-free. K-FLEX® UD-320-100 is used in automotive, screen printing ink, paper, wood and leather coatings. Its shelf life is minimum of 24 months from date of manufacture, when stored in the original container at ambient conditions. Reactive diluent. Has very low viscosity and excellent compatibility with a wide range of resins. It is based on acetoacetate functionality and can be crosslinked with amino resins, polyisocyanates, polyamides, polyamines, unsaturated polymers. Possesses excellent adhesion, improved corrosion resistance, elimination of solvent popping and pinholes. Also has effective crosslinking with a variety of resins and reduced induction time in epoxy/polyamide coatings.
