Omnilane OC3005 by IGM Resins is a standard flexibilizing cycloaliphatic epoxide resin. It is useful in many applications in which a higher viscosity or more flexible film is required. It exhibits reactivity, hardness, flexibility, yellowing resistance and adhesion properties. It is applicable for metal decorating & plastic coatings, overprint varnishes and flexible packaging. Omnilane OC1005 by IGM Resins is a cycloaliphatic epoxide an epoxy resin. It can be used as a casting resin for UV resistance and anti-radiation properties.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>Its structure also gives increased alkali and water resistance.</li><li>Its low viscosity and good fluidity make it suitable for use in bulk manufacturing.</li><li>The long-term stability at ambient temperature is very good.</li><li>It will react in the presence of acid anhydride curing agents at higher temperature.</li><li>The cured product is suitable for use at high temperatures between 200-250°C for long periods.</li><li>It is applicable for metal decorating & plastic coatings, overprint varnishes, flexographic inks and electronics.</li><li>Omnilane OC1005 has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> Omnilane OC2005 by IGM Resins is a (3-4-epoxycyclohexane) methyl3’-4’-epoxycyclohexyl-carboxylate. Offers fast cure, heat resistance and flexibility. Omnilane OC2005 exhibits good adhesion, reactivity, yellowing resistance and hardness.
