Esacure TZM by IGM Resins acts as a photoinitiator. It is a mixture of benzophenone and 4-methylbenzophenone. It is highly soluble and compatible with the various curable systems.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerization of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required.</li><li>It is used in wood, plastic & metal coatings and OPV & printing inks.</li><li>The recommended addition level is between 0.2 and 8% by weight and depends on system composition, thickness, and desired cure-speed.</li><li>Esacure TZM has a shelf life of 12 months.</li></ul> Esacure A 198 by IGM Resins is a polyfunctional high molecular weight amine. It is co-initiator that when combined with type II photoinitiator gives high speed cure in both clear and pigmented systems.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is suitable for LED, through and surface cure.</li><li>Due to its molecular structure, it is particularly suitable for all systems where low migration and low extraction values are needed.</li><li>It is designed for white systems, wood, plastic and clear coatings.</li><li>It is used in printing inks such as silk screen, offset, gravure and lithographic.</li> <li>The recommended addition level between 1.5 and 5% by weight and depends on system composition, thickness, and desired cure-speed.</li><li>Esacure A 198 has a shelf life of 24 months.</li></ul> Esacure 3644 by IGM Resins is a highly efficient type II photoinitiator generally used in combination with an amine like Esacure A198, Ominpol ASA or Photomer® 4250.<br>

Designed for UV polymerisation of water born systems. Very reactive, low yellowing and easy dispersible in water based emulsions.It is used in the manufacturing of clear and pigmented water based lacquers, water based inks. 50% propylene carbonate solution of arylsulfonium hexafluorophosphate (mono + di) salts. Is designed for the photopolymerisation systems where good through-cure and fast-cure, low shrinkage, very good adhesion and flexibility are required characteristics. Used in manufacturing of OPV, flexo inks and coatings for electronics. 2-ethylhexyl-4-dimethylamino benzoate. Liquid coinitiator which reacts as an hydrogen donors in combination with suitable photoinitiators. Used in printing inks ( off set, flexo, screen, gravure,xerographic, etc. ) and clear coatings. <i>This product is no longer available and has been replaced by <a href="https://coatings.specialchem.com/product/a-igm-resins-omnirad-eha" style="font-weight:bold; font-style:italic; text-decoration:underline">Omnirad EHA</a></i> Mixture of benzophenone and a-hydroxy-cyclohexyl-phenyl-ketone. Is particularly indicated for the photopolymerization of U.V. curable systems when high reactivity and low yellowing are required. Used in combination with suitable coinitiators such as tertiary amines. Suggested applications are in the manufacturing of: coatings for flooring, OPV, clear lacquers for wood, plastic, paper, metal, optical fibres and printing inks. <i>This product is no longer available and has been replaced by <a href="https://coatings.specialchem.com/product/a-igm-resins-omnirad-500" style="font-weight:bold; font-style:italic; text-decoration:underline">Omnirad 500</a></i> Ethyl 4-dimethylamino benzoate. Used as a coinitiator in combination with photoinitiators in printing inks (off set, flexo, screen, gravure, xerographic) and clear coatings based on acrylic components. <i>This product is no longer available and has been replaced by <a href="https://coatings.specialchem.com/product/a-igm-resins-omnirad-edb" style="font-weight:bold; font-style:italic; text-decoration:underline">Omnirad EDB</a></i> Oligomeric polyfunctional alpha-hydroxyketone. Characterised by high reactivity and non yellowing properties. Recommended when no migration, low odour and low yellowing are required characteristics. Suitable for water based UV curable systems. Used in the manafacturing of in the manufacturing of - clear lacquers and inks for packaging, coatings for flooring, clear lacquers for wood, plastic, paper, metal, optical fibres, printing inks.
