Esacure TZM by IGM Resins acts as a photoinitiator. It is a mixture of benzophenone and 4-methylbenzophenone. It is highly soluble and compatible with the various curable systems.
- It is particularly indicated for the photopolymerization of UV curable systems when high reactivity, low curing odor and low yellowing are required.
- It is used in wood, plastic & metal coatings and OPV & printing inks.
- The recommended addition level is between 0.2 and 8% by weight and depends on system composition, thickness, and desired cure-speed.
- Esacure TZM has a shelf life of 12 months.
