Fynol 70

by Fine Organics

Fynol 70 by Fine Organics is an oil soluble, nonionic surfactant, which effectively wets out dry pigments. It is a pigment grinding aid recommended for solvent and latex paint systems. Its outstanding wetting action ensures rapid and uniform dispersibility of a wide range of pigments, clays and other paint additives. It also permits increased solids loading, lowers viscosity and decreases sedimentation rates. In addition, its unique character confers many advantages to the paint or enamel such as allowing higher pigment concentration, increases gloss in enamels, retarding hard settling during can storage, minimizing sagging and running, reducing silking and flooding as well as imparting better brushability. It is recommended in both roller and pebble mills. It improves glossmeter readings on gloss enamels, but has little or no effect on flatting agents used in semi gloss or flat finishes. It has been found effective for use in universal tint pastes when employed in combination with water dispersible pastes lecithin. Fynol 70 is extremely effective as a wetting agent for iron oxide pigments in vinyl solutions used in manufacturing magnetic inks and magnetic tapes.

Fynol P

by Fine Organics

Fynol P by Fine Organics acts as a multi-purpose emulsifier and thickener. It is a balance mixture of nonionic & anionic. It has high efficiency, low cost and excellent viscosity stability. It possesses latex stabilization towards filler loading, temperature and pH stability. It is easy to handle and can be measured by volume. It prevents curdling and skinning. It is miscible with water in all proportions and stable in hard water. Fynol P is used in distempers, oil paints and universal stainers.

Fynol AC 28

by Fine Organics

Fynol AC 28 by Fine Organics is an oil soluble, water dispersible, low toxicity corrosion inhibitor. It is applicable in the same manner as anti-corrosive additive in textiles coning oils, finishes and preparations for synthetic fibres. It is especially useful as an anti-corrosion additive for emulsifiable mineral oil-based metal-working lubricants, including drilling, cutting and grinding fluids. This biodegradable grade inhibits corrosion and increases lubricity. Fynol AC 28 can be also used in paints/coatings to enhance anticorrosive properties.

Fynol G

by Fine Organics

Fynol G by Fine Organics is an organic thixotropic agent for aliphatic and aromatic solvent-based paints and printing inks. It improves the rheological properties of non-aqueous systems and provides uniform viscosity over the longer period of time. It is easy to add without requiring a pregel. It offers excellent storage stability and anti-dropping, anti-sagging and anti-settling properties. It is used as an easy replacement of aluminum stearate.

It is suitable for architectural-, trade sales-, hammer-, texture- and flamboyant finishes, alkyd enamels, zinc dust primers, and car- & maintenance paints and primers.

It is designed for effect-, structural- and industrial (air & oven drying) varnishes, solvent-based & solvent-free epoxy systems, wood-preservative stains, and nitrocellulose & nitrosynthetic lacquers.

Fynol G is also used in surface- and protective coatings, and bituminous-, cyclo-rubber-, polyester-, polyurethane-, chlorinated rubber (high build systems)-, traffic-, road marking-, decorative- and anti-fouling paints.

The recommended dosage level is 0.2-0.8% by the weight of the total composition.

Fynol DG 100

by Fine Organics

Fynol DG 100 by Fine Organics is a non-ionic, non-foaming emulsifier. It reduces the cost of solvent-based alkyd coatings while maintaining quality. It is also recommended for water in oil emulsion paints. Fynol DG 100 satisfies the VOC regulation by substituting the amount of solvents by water.

Fynol 80

by Fine Organics

Fynol 80 by Fine Organics is a low HLB emulsifier for oil in water and water in oil emulsion. It acts as a co-emulsifier, dispersant, lubricant, corrosion inhibitor, anti-blocking-, wetting- and coupling agent. Fynol 80 is suitable for coating applications.

Fynol EDA

by Fine Organics

Fynol EDA by Fine Organics acts as an anti-settling agent, emulsifier and dispersing agent. It improves the dispersion of pigments & eliminates floating. It reduces grinding time and improves flow properties. It has been generally used successfully in combination pigment systems. It is used to increase effectiveness of soya lecithin. Fynol EDA is an excellent additive for all types of paints including cement paints.
