Finalux 108 by Fine Organics is a 100% active wetting and dispersing agent. It provides improved color strength through effective distribution of the particles in the concentrates. It offers superior coloristic and optical properties, viscosity regulation and higher pigment loading.</br>

<li>Finalux 108 is recommended for non-floating high solids containing and aromatic-free architectural-, industrial- and leather coatings.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 3-5% for inorganic pigments, 0.8-1.5% for titanium dioxides, 5-8% for organic pigments and 8-10% for carbon blacks.</li></ul> Finalux G 101 by Fine Organics acts as wetting and dispersing agents. For rigid and plasticized PVC, it offers good compatibility, pigment and filler dispersion. It shows improvement in the surface condition (high degree of gloss) and free-flowing properties. It is suitable for use in transparent products, no influence on the crease-whitening behavior of foils and acts as internal lubricant. For PVC pastes, it provides good pigment dispersion, reduction in viscosity, particularly in low ranges of shearing resistance and influence on the defoaming of the pastes. In Tinting pastes often, a separation of the liquid phase during storage takes place. As a part of the liquid phase will reduce this phenomenon remarkably when incorporated in pigment pastes. Acts as a PVC paste thinner although changes in flow behavior of the plastisol i.e. a slight increase in dilatancy. In practice as an example, in spread coating, improved leveling behind the coating knife is achieved. It has an additional use level of rigid PVC is between 0.5 and 2 phr, plasticized PVC is between 0.5 and 1.5 phr depending on the degree of plastification and PVC pastes is 0.5 phr based on the amount of PVC + plasticizer. Finalux G 101 is mainly used as pigment dispersing agent in pigment paste for plastisols. Finalux CL 12 by Fine Organics is oleochemical derivative. It acts as a secondary plasticizer in PVC. It imparts good gloss/surface finish in solvent-based nitrocellulosic lacquers for leather finishing applications. It is recommended for elastomers like SBS, SEBS and NBR - PVC blends. Finalux CL 12 has recommended dosage of 0.5 – 1.5 phr for PVC – NBR blends, 3.0 – 5.0 phr for SBS / SEBS compounds and 0.5 – 1.0% for nitrocellulosic lacquers.
