Finawax 1930M by Fine Organics is a refined vegetable oil-based amide wax. It acts as a degassing agent in powder coatings, and as a lubricant and binder for the cold compaction of powdered metal parts. It is also used as a performance enhancer, anti-blocking and anti-settling agent for wood coatings. <br>

<li>The recommended dosage level is 1-2% of total formulation.</li></ul> Finawax PE3 by Fine Organics is an oxidized polyethylene wax. It provides excellent scratch- and rub resistance in industrial coating applications. The recommended dosage level is 0.05-0.15 phr. Finawax S by Fine Organics is a refined vegetable based, saturated primary amide (stearamide). It acts as an anti-block agent for polyolefins. It is used in PVC, PS, synthetic rubbers, cellulose-acetate, amino resin, phenolics as lubricant. It is applicable in flexographic, lithographic and carbon paper inks. Finawax S has a shelf life of 12 months. Finawax E by Fine Organics acts as an excellent slip agent and a good anti-blocking agent. It is a refined vegetable oil-based erucamide wax. Finawax E is used for resinous and polymeric coatings. It has a shelf life of 12 months. It is REACH registered and approved for food contact applications. Finawax VL by Fine Organics is hydrophobic in nature and a low molecular weight polyamide wax. It acts as an anti-block and slip additive in printing ink vehicles. It also acts as a coupling agent for polyamide–paraffin wax.
It has good solubility in co-solvent and makes a good blend with other polyamide resins. It possesses good scratch and scuff resistance. It permits overprinting without loss of adhesion. It improves the bonding of inks to the plastic surface and also the tape test properties. It is a highly suitable additive for corona untreated films. It also improves anticorrosion properties of lubricating oils.
Finawax VL is applicable in gravure-flexo, off-set lithographic, carbon paper and in metal decorating inks. Finawax O by Fine Organics is a refined vegetable oil based oleamide wax. Acts as a slip agent for polyolefins. Recommended for printing inks and coatings as a surface lubricant in production of metal articles. Finawax O improves penetration, flexibility and seal properties of wax and resin coated paper and paperboard products. It has a shelf life of 12 months. Finawax C by Fine Organics is fatty bis-amide wax. It acts as a delustering agent for furniture finishes and printing inks. In rigid & plasticized PVC, it acts as external lubricant and excellent anti-blocking agent. It improves flow & release and slip properties. It does not affect clarity of PVC films/sheets. In polyolefins, it exhibits good release effect on rolls and molds in case of PE/VAC copolymers. It improves flow and mold release agent for filled PP/PE compounds. In polyamide, it improves surface finish. In thermoplastic polyurethane, it works as an internal mold release agent. Finawax C has additional use level for rigid PVC is 0.1 to 2.0 phr, plasticized PVC is 0.2 to 2.0 phr and for ABS it can be used upto 2.0 phr.
