Dynol™ 800

Dynol™ 800 by Evonik is a 100% active, non-silicone, non-fluorine, low foaming surfactant. It acts as substrate wetting additive. It contains no added APEs, HAPs or VOCs. It has the ability to reduce both static and dynamic surface tension in waterborne coatings and inks. It is an excellent choice for difficult-to-wet substrates requiring good flow and leveling. Suitable for 2 pack 100%, clear- and pigmented coatings. Used in car OEM coatings, wood coatings, plastic coatings and general industrial coatings. Recommended dosage level of Dynol™ 800 is 0.1-1.0%.

Dynol™ 607

Dynol™ 607 by Evonik is an APEO-free wetting agent. It offers extremely low dynamic and static surface tension with low to moderate foam. It possesses excellent dynamic wetting, improved flow and leveling. It provides substrate wetting, anti-crater effect and defoaming. It exhibits reduction of static and dynamic surface tension. It is compatible with 2-pack 100%, pigmented- and clear coatings as well as partly compatible with solvent-borne and radiation curing. It is used in waterborne car OEM-, general industrial- and wood coatings as well as in water-borne printing inks. Dynol™ 607 has a recommended additional level of 0.1-1.0% of total formulation.

Dynol™ 604

Dynol™ 604 by Evonik is a substrate wetting additive. It is based on acetylenic diol. It offers excellent static and dynamic surface tension reduction. It provides good anti-crater effect, dynamic wetting, low foaming, flow and leveling. It is compatible with water-borne-, 2-pack 100%, pigmented-, and clear coatings. It is partly suitable for solvent-borne and radiation curing. It finds application in water-based transportation-, wood coatings and printing inks. Dynol™ 604 has a recommended additional level of 0.1 - 1.0%.

Provides a superior balance of equilibrium, dynamic wetting, system compatibility and low foam when compared to traditional siloxane surfactants. Used in high-quality waterborne applications like metal coatings. Primarily recommended for use in overprint varnishes, OEM/ DIY wood, industrial, and OEM coatings. It is secondarily recommended for plastic coatings and printing inks. Dynol™ 980 is recommended at a dosage of 0.1-1 %.

Dynol™ 810

Dynol™ 810 by Evonik is a 100% active, non-silicone, non-fluorine, low foam superwetter/ surfactant. It does not contain any added APEs, HAPs or VOCs. Provides a superior balance of properties compared to traditional fluorosurfactants and silicone surfactants, with exceptional performance in wood and plastic coatings as well as a wide variety of other waterbased coating applications. Has the ability to reduce both equilibrium and dynamic surface tension to levels not achieved with other surfactants. This excellent balance of properties makes it an excellent alternative for difficult-to-wet substrates requiring good flow and leveling under diverse application conditions. Dynol™ 810 is used in OEM and DIY wood coatings, metal coatings, plastic coatings, printing inks, overprint varnishes. It is recommended at a dosage of 0.1-1 %.

Dynol™ 960
