Dynol™ 960 by Evonik acts as a superwetting surfactant. Provides good flow and leveling in water-borne coatings and inks. It contains no added hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), APEs) and VOCs. Shows a superior balance of equilibrium, dynamic wetting, system compatibility and low foam when compared to traditional siloxane surfactants. Used in metal coatings, printing inks, plastic, industrial, and OEM coatings. It is secondarily recommended for OEM/ DIY wood coatings and overprint varnishes. Dynol™ 960 can be introduced in grind and let-down stage at a dosage rate of 0.1-1 %.
