It does not contain any surfactants or plasticizers.<br> <ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It is designed for low VOC architectural and industrial topcoats applications. </li> <li>It is the butoxyethanol free version of CHEMPOL® 821-1391.</li> <li>It offers fast drying, high gloss, and early water resistance, with excellent adhesion to wood, plastic, and metal substrates, as well as very good wet adhesion to wood.</li> <li>SYNAQUA® 821-1377 is available in Canada.</li></ul>

SYNAQUA® 4804 distributed by DKSH is a low VOC capable, short oil alkyd emulsion for use in high-performance decorative paints. It is an APEO-, ammonia-, solvent-, and plasticizer- free.
