Crayvallac® A-2678-M distributed by DKSH is a high performance acrylic dispersing and flow control agent for the control of coating surface properties. It eliminates film surface defects that may occur during the film formation.

It offers enhanced substrate wetting, reduces craters and fisheyes, minimizes orange peel and pinholes, and improves gloss and DOI, all without detracting from exterior durability.

It is recoatable, pourable and pre-neutralized.

It can be added to coating formulations at any step in the manufacturing of paints.

It is mostly suitable for use in a wide range of water-based coating systems as acrylic emulsions, water reducible alkyds and pigment concentrates.

Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0% additive solids on total vehicle solids for in spray applications, flow/levelling and gloss enhancement.

Crayvallac® A-2678-M has a shelf life of 2 years.

It is available in Canada.

Crayvallac® A-72-A260-A distributed by DKSH is a polyacrylate surface tension modifier and flow control agent. It is silicone-free, which helps reduce fisheyes, craters, pinholes, and orange peel. It also improves gloss and DOI, and is recoatable.

It is used in roller applied-, coil-, and metal deco- coatings.

It is a higher molecular weight version of Crayvallac® A-620-A2-A.

Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0%.

Crayvallac® A-72-A260-A is available in Canada.

Crayvallac® 60P distributed by DKSH is an oxidized polyethylene wax. It provides pigment suspension without any increase in the apparent viscosity. It exhibits good anti-settle properties at spraying viscosities, sag resistance, good recoatability and is tolerant to high processing temperatures.

It can be easily incorporated and activated in coating systems using most high shear dispersion equipment.

Crayvallac® 60P is used in most solvent-based formulations including industrial & maintenance coatings, epoxy primers, vinyl primers, anti-fouling paints, road marking paints and chlorinated rubber coatings.

Recommended dosage level is 0.5-3.0% for anti-settle and sag resistance.

It has a shelf life of 4 years.

It is available in Canada.

Crayvallac® Antisettle CVP distributed by DKSH is a micronized hydrogenated castor oil rheology modifier for aliphatic solvent-based coatings. It imparts shear thinning rheology with thixotropic viscosity recovery. It offers very good sag resistance anti-settle properties with good recoatability.

Recommended dosage level is 0.2-1.5% for anti-settle and sag resistance.

It has a shelf life of 4 years.

Crayvallac® Antisettle CVP is available in Canada.

Crayvallac® A-2201-M-A distributed by DKSH is a polyacrylate surface tension and air release modifier. It is silicone-free and helps reduce fisheyes, craters, pinholes, and orange peel, while improving gloss and DOI. It is also recoatable.

Crayvallac® A-2201-M-A is used in roller applied-, coil-, and metal deco- coatings.

It is available in Canada.

Crayvallac® PC distributed by DKSH is a flow-, leveling- and degassing agent. It is a micronized hydrogenated castor oil derivative surface enhancing additive.
It is easily incorporated using conventional pre-mixing techniques prior to extrusion.

It shows good compatibility with polyesters and hybrids.

The use of product leads to a substantial improvement.

This improvement is attributed to Crayvallac® PC, which enhances flow, leveling, and degassing processes during curing.

It reduces the melt viscosity during this critical levelling stage in the cure cycle.

This viscosity reduction also enhances the performance of other additives such as acrylic levelling agents and the degassing agent benzoin.

It works well in both clear and pigmented powder coating systems based on PRIMID, Hybrid and TGIC technologies.

Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2%.

It has a shelf life of 4 years.

It is available in Canada.

Crayvallac® SL distributed by DKSH is a high performance micronized amide wax rheology modifier designed for the high temperature manufacture of moisture curing methoxysilanes systems, where processing temperatures typically lie within the range 90-115°C.

It is converted to an interacting network of crystalline fibres.

It is this network that gives rise to the shear thinning rheology.

This shear-thinning characteristic results in low viscosity at the shear rates associated with extrusion application and very high viscosity under the low shear rates experienced after application.

It offers excellent extrusion properties, sag and slump resistance, minimal effect on modulus, and exceptional storage stability.

Crayvallac® SL is used in paints and coatings.

Recommended dosage level is 1-5% by mass on total formulation.

It has a shelf life of 4 years.

It is available in Canada.

Crayvallac® PA3 BA 20 distributed by DKSH is a HAPs free, high efficieny, pre-activated amide wax-based rheology modifier. It is dispersed in mixture of butyl acetate and alcohols. It offers excellent sag resistance, anti-settle properties, and good recoatability.

It is supplied in the form of crystalline fibres.

In a coating system, these fibres form an interacting network.

It imparts shear-thinning rheology with thixotropic viscosity recovery, making it easy to incorporate and suitable for post-addition.

It has excellent control of sedimentation combined with ease of application.

Crayvallac® PA3 BA 20 is suitable for post-addition to solvent-based industrial coatings.

Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2.0% for anti-settling and 2.0-5.0% for sag resistance.
