MORDRY® Manganese 10

by Delta Specialties

Drier based on manganese salt of saturated branched C8 acids in mineral spirit. Used most often in combination with Lead and/or Cobalt driers and an auxiliary drier in air-drying systems. Used as a sole metal drier in baking systems. Used in coatings.

MORDRY® Zirconium 24

by Delta Specialties

Drier based on zirconium salt of saturated branched C8 acids in mineral spirit. Yields improved gloss and color when compared to lead. Usually added in combination with cobalt or manganese. Is an effective replacement for Lead driers in baking and force dried finishes. Can be efficiently applied in clear and brightly pigmented oil- or urethane-modified alkyds and in conventional alkyds, which tend to discolor. Used in coatings.

MORDRY® Zirconium 18

by Delta Specialties

Drier based on zirconium salt of saturated branched C8 acids in mineral spirit. Yields improved gloss and color when compared to lead. Usually added in combination with cobalt or manganese. Is an effective replacement for Lead driers in baking and force dried finishes. Can be efficiently applied in clear and brightly pigmented oil- or urethane-modified alkyds and in conventional alkyds, which tend to discolor. Used in coatings.

MORDRY® Manganese 6 WD

by Delta Specialties

Water-dispersible Manganese salt of saturated branched mixture of acids. Is a primary surface drier for all water-reducible oxidatively drying alkyd paints. Provides a homogeneous distribution and achieves good drying stability. Is characterized by being APE-free and easily emulsifiable. Used in paints and coatings.

MORDRY® 410

by Delta Specialties

Highly efficient replacement for cobalt drier in urethane-modified alkyds and alkyds. Can be efficiently applied in clear and brightly pigmented polyurethane-modified alkyds and in conventional alkyds, which tend to discolor. Minimizes discoloration of clear urethane-modified alkyds in can. Improves alkali resistance and prevents “loss of dry” on aging. Improves alkali resistance and increases in yellowing resistance of air-drying alkyd finishes especially those subjected to prolonged heat or alkaline fumes. Can be efficiently applied in clear and brightly pigmented polyurethane-modified alkyds and in conventional alkyds, which tend to discolor.

MORDRY® Cobalt 10

by Delta Specialties

Drier based on cobalt salt of saturated branched C8 acids in mineral spirit. Functions as oxidation catalyst and are used at low levels. Excessive amounts of cobalt in coating systems can cause rapid skinning, wrinkling of the film as it dries, and reduced water resistance of the cured film. Used in coatings.

MORDRY® 320

by Delta Specialties

Mixture of metal carboxylates in mineral spirit. Is a stabilized and ready-to-use blend of cobalt, zirconium and calcium. Is a single addition pre-blend drier system dissolved in mineral spirit. Is a pre-stabilized mixed drier which can eliminate problems associated with coatings such as gelling or instability resulting in degradation of drying performance. Offers also a cost benefit in addition to its ease of use and reduction of stock levels. Used in a wide range of decorative paint systems.

MORDRY® Barium 10 WD

by Delta Specialties

Water-dispersible barium salt of saturated branched mixture of acids. Is an auxiliary drier for all water-reducible oxidatively drying alkyd paints. Possesses good pigment wetting characteristics. Improves gloss and prevents adsorption of the primary driers at the surface of the pigments and extenders, thus increasing the stability of the coating during prolonged storage. Provides a homogeneous distribution and therefore a quick drying. Is also characterized by being APE free and easily emulsifiable. Used in coatings.

MORDRY® Zirconium 12

by Delta Specialties

Drier based on zirconium salt of saturated branched C8 acids in mineral spirit. Yields improved gloss and color when compared to lead and is usually added in combination with Cobalt or Manganese. Is an effective replacement for Lead driers in baking and force dried finishes. Can be efficiently applied in clear and brightly pigmented oil- or urethane-modified alkyds and in conventional alkyds, which tend to discolor. Used in coatings.

MORDRY® Cerium 10

by Delta Specialties

Drier based on Cerium salt of saturated branched mixture acids in mineral spirit. Is a primary drier that promotes polymerization and imparts through drying property for coating systems. Has a synergistic effect when used in combination with Cobalt resulting in the need for using a lower percentage of Cobalt and thereby offering cost effectiveness with good performance. Higher effectiveness at low temperatures or at very high atmospheric humidity. Used in coatings and inks.
