CLiQSPERSE® 130 by CLiQ SwissTech is a highly efficient, VOC-free, polymeric dispersing agent for aqueous coatings and pigment concentrates. It is highly recommended for resin-free, stable pigment concentrates for general industrial coating systems. It is also used in base paints to improve compatibility and storage stability. CLiQSPERSE® 130 improves gloss development and allows maximum color strength & color acceptance. The recommended use level for pigment concentrate is 2-15% and for paint formulation is 0.2-0.5%. Its shelf life is 36 months. CLiQSPERSE® 124 by CLiQ SwissTech is a highly efficient, low foaming and non-ionic wetting agent for aqueous system. The labelling-free additive is used in modern VOC- and Ecolabel compliant base paints and colorants/pigment concentrates. It is also used as a compatibilizer and offers improved color acceptance and tinting strength. It enhances pigment wetting and reduces flooding and floating. CLiQSPERSE® 124 is suitable for use in general industrial and architectural system. The suggested use level for pigment concentrate is 2-15% and 0.1-0.6% as compatibilizer in aqueous base paints. CLiQSPERSE® 127 by CLiQ SwissTech is a highly efficient, low foaming wetting agent for aqueous and non-aqueous system. It is APE- & VOC-free, non-ionic, modified polyglycol ether block copolymer. It improves compatibility of pigment concentrate with industrial coatings. It is also suitable for use in architectural system. The recommended use level of CLiQSPERSE® 127 is 0.25-1.0%. CLiQSPERSE® 128 by CLiQ SwissTech acts as a highly efficient polymeric dispersing and wetting agent for aqueous coatings and pigment concentrates. It exhibits compatibility with a wide variety of inorganic and organic pigments and even with most type of binders used in aqueous coatings. Provides improvement in gloss development and allows maximum color strength, color acceptance of aqueous pigment concentrates. Moreover it is free of organic solvents and is highly recommended for resin-free, stable pigment concentrates for general industrial coating systems, base paints to improve compatibility and storage stability. Prevents flocculation, flooding and floating in waterborne systems. CLiQSPERSE® 128 is best dissolved in water prior to pigment addition. CLiQSPERSE® CA by CLiQ SwissTech acts as a wetting and dispersing agent for low- to medium polar non-aqueous systems and recommended for direct grinding of pigments in a coatings mill base. It is a salt of a polycarbonic acid with polyamines. It exhibits excellent de-lamination of the organoclay and supports the activation already at low shear forces. It is a deflocculant and strongly improves color and gloss development with all kind of pigments. CLiQSPERSE® CA strongly reduces mill base viscosity, pigment floating and flooding, improves anti settling behavior and storage stability of solvent-borne systems. Recommended as activator for organoclays to produce stable, low viscous and pump able non-aqueous pre-gels. Applications involve base coats and pigment concentrates. CLiQSPERSE® 152 by CLiQ SwissTech acts as an alkyl phenol ethoxylate (APE) and glycol ether free highly efficient multifunctional wetting and dispersing. It is a blend of polymeric surfactant. It exhibits efficiency with both inorganic and organic pigments used in aqueous resin free pigment concentrates or base coats. Moreover, it prevents pigment flocculation, flooding and floating. It maximises color development, color acceptance of pigment concentrates and also improves gloss development in the final coating system. CLiQSPERSE® 152 is compatible with most pigment and binders. Applications involve industrial, wood and automotive coating systems, pigment concentrates, base coats, primers. Recommended for aqueous wood coatings and primers as it has no adverse effect on water resistance. CLiQSPERSE® 172 by CLiQ SwissTech is sodium polycarboxylate acts as a highly efficient dispersing agent for aqueous systems. It exhibits odorless and VOC-free properties which are of particular importance for modern decorative paint systems. Provides a low viscous mill-base or pigment concentrate viscosity with excellent storage stability. Possesses compatibility with almost all inorganic pigments or extenders and most decorative industrial aqueous systems. CLiQSPERSE® 172 is highly recommended for aqueous decorative latex paints, pigment concentrates and slurries based on inorganic pigments or extenders. Shows gloss development and compatibility with pigment concentrates in latex paints when combined with CLiQSPERSE 121 to optimise paint stability. Allows an excellent temperature stability of up to 100°C. CLiQSPERSE® BF by CLiQ SwissTech is modified polyurethane acts as a resin-like high molecular weight pigment dispersing and wetting agent for non-aqueous systems. It exhibits maximum color strength, gloss retention and excellent color acceptance. It prevents re-flocculation and stabilizes pigments in paints and pigment concentrates. It also reduces grinding time and gives a non-thixotropic low viscous mill-base. Moreover it does not negatively influence the paint durability due to its resin-like high molecular weight structure. Shows compatibility with most industrial non-aqueous based systems like 2c epoxy, 2c polyurethanes, stoving enamels, polyester and alkyd systems. CLiQSPERSE® BF is used in industrial systems to produce highly concentrated low viscous organic or inorganic pigment concentrates. Recommended for direct grinding of pigments into a coatings mill-base. CLiQSPERSE® 153 by CLiQ SwissTech acts as a highly efficient multifunctional wetting and dispersing agent. It is a blend of polymeric surfactant. It exhibits efficiency with both inorganic and organic pigments used in aqueous resin free pigment concentrates. It is based on glycolether and contains alkyl phenol ethoxytales. Moreover, it prevents pigment flocculation, flooding and floating. It maximises color development, color acceptance of pigment concentrates and also improves gloss development in the final coating system. CLiQSPERSE® 153 is compatible with most pigment and binders. Applications involve industrial, wood and automotive coating systems, pigment concentrates, base coats, primers. Recommended for aqueous wood coatings and primers as it has no adverse effect on water resistance. CLiQSPERSE® BA by CLiQ SwissTech acts as a multipurpose grinding resin-like polymeric dispersing agent for non-aqueous systems. It exhibits reduction in grinding time and mill-base viscosity. Provides improved color strength and paint stability. It does not negatively influence the paint durability due to its film forming resin structure. CLiQSPERSE® BA is used as pigment grinding resin for industrial and decorative systems to produce organic or inorganic pigment concentrates. Recommended for direct grinding of pigments into a coatings mill-base and particularly recommended in paints or pigment concentrates for air-dry alkyd paints, alkyd-melamine baking systems or acrylic enamels. It is also very efficient to disperse pigments into plasticizer used for PVC systems.
