CLiQSPERSE® CA

CLiQSPERSE® CA by CLiQ SwissTech acts as a wetting and dispersing agent for low- to medium polar non-aqueous systems and recommended for direct grinding of pigments in a coatings mill base. It is a salt of a polycarbonic acid with polyamines. It exhibits excellent de-lamination of the organoclay and supports the activation already at low shear forces. It is a deflocculant and strongly improves color and gloss development with all kind of pigments. CLiQSPERSE® CA strongly reduces mill base viscosity, pigment floating and flooding, improves anti settling behavior and storage stability of solvent-borne systems. Recommended as activator for organoclays to produce stable, low viscous and pump able non-aqueous pre-gels. Applications involve base coats and pigment concentrates.
