CLiQFLOW® 603 is suitable for use in decorative, do-it-yourself latex paints, waterborne epoxy paints and general industrial system. Its shelf life is 12 months. The recommended usage level is 0.1-1.0%.

CLiQFLOW® 675

by CLiQ SwissTech

CLiQFLOW® 675 by CLiQ SwissTech is a tin-free polyurethane-based rheological additive for aqueous clear and pigmented system. It increases mid & high shear viscosity and provides good shear thinning flow behavior. It improves levelling properties. CLiQFLOW® 675 is suitable for use in decorative paint and industrial coating system. The recommended use level is 0.2-1.0%.

CLiQFLOW® 709

by CLiQ SwissTech

CLiQFLOW® 709 by CLiQ SwissTech is an amide modified hydrogenated castor oil based thixotropic additive. Imparts a strongly shear thinning flow behavior with excellent sag resistance, good flow, levelling and anti-settling properties. It is a finely micronized powder that requires sufficient dwell times, shear forces and a well-defined temperature for activation. The activation temperature depends strongly on the polarity of the system. CLiQFLOW® 709 is used in powder coatings, general industrial- and heavy-duty non-aqueous paints. It is typically used at a loading between 0.2-2.0% depending on the required thixotropy.

CLiQFLOW® 601

by CLiQ SwissTech

CLiQFLOW® 601 by CLiQ SwissTech acts as a rheological additive for aqueous systems. It is an activated smectite clay. The beneficial and activated clay provides structure and low- and mid shear viscosity to aqueous systems. It improves sag resistance, prevents settling of pigments and fillers in liquid, pasty aqueous paints. Moreover, it is best used in systems with a pH between 6 and 12. In higher pH systems it will not develop its rheological active structure. It requires shear and dwell for activation. CLiQFLOW® 601 is used in latex paints.

CLiQFLOW® LP

by CLiQ SwissTech

CLiQFLOW® LP by CLiQ SwissTech is an organically modified smectite. It acts as a bentonite clay based rheological additive. It requires a high shear activation process and is recommended for low- to medium polar non-aqueous systems used in the coatings or ink industry. It exhibits controlled shear thinning flow behavior to non-aqueous formulations. It provides excellent sag resistance and improves storage stability, like anti settling behavior. It processes through a pre-gel preparation stage. CLiQFLOW® LP is recommended to use an organoclay concentration of 5-10% by weight and to use a polar activator like ethanol/water, acetone/water, propylene carbonate etc. to enhance the product efficiency. Recommended usage level is 0.2-0.5%. It has a shelf life of 48 months.

CLiQFLOW® 707

by CLiQ SwissTech

CLiQFLOW® 707 by CLiQ SwissTech is a hydrogenated castor oil based thixotropic additive. Imparts a strongly shear thinning flow behavior with excellent sag resistance, good flow, levelling and anti-settling properties. It is a finely micronized powder that requires dwell times, shear forces and a well-defined temperature for activation. The required activation temperature depends strongly on the polarity of the system. CLiQFLOW® 707 provides a false-body to the material to improve storage stability or workability. Also improves degassing in powder coatings during application. Used in general industrial- and heavy-duty non-aqueous paints. It is typically used at a loading between 0.2-2.0% depending on the required thixotropy.

CLiQFLOW® LED

by CLiQ SwissTech

CLiQFLOW® LED by CLiQ SwissTech acts as a bentonite clay based rheological additive that is organically modified smectite. The easy to disperse organoclay is recommended for low- to medium polar non-aqueous systems. It exhibits controlled shear thinning flow behavior to non-aqueous formulations. Provides excellent sag resistance and improves storage stability, like anti settling behavior. It is also easier to disperse than standard organoclays. CLiQFLOW® LED allows a more flexible production setup and is designed for direct incorporation into the pigment and extender grinding stage. Applications find place in inks, low- to medium polar industrial and decorative coatings. The required loading level depends strongly on the nature of the system and performance requirements. A starting levels of 0.2 – 0.5% are recommended.
