Teflon™ FEPD 121 by Chemours is a general-purpose aqueous fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP) dispersion stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It provides inertness to all industrial chemicals & solvents, stability at high temperatures, excellent dielectric properties and weatherability. It imparts unique properties of FEP to end products that would be difficult to make using traditional melt extrusion processes and coats or impregnates poros structures. It is suitable for metal coatings and heat-sealable top coatings for PTFE-coated fabrics for belting, circuit boards, architectural fabrics, and electrical insulation. Teflon™ FEPD 121 complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 for food contact use and European Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011. Teflon™ PTFE DISP 33 by Chemours is polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It is typically used to coat woven glass cloth and has been especially formulated to provide void-free coatings with enhanced surface smoothness, adhesion, gloss, and weldability. It provides inertness to nearly all industrial chemicals & solvents and lowest coefficient of friction of any solid material. It offers stability at high temperatures, excellent dielectric properties & weatherability and non-stick characteristics. Teflon™ PTFE DISP 33 is recommended for coated woven fiber-glass fabric used in architectural, high-performance industrial, food processing, and electronics applications. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 and European Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011. Teflon™ PTFE DISP 40 is a PTFE dispersion stabilized with a non-ionic surfactant. It is designed to provide enhanced shear stability and can be used in coating and additive applications. It imparts properties unique to PTFE resin to porous structures, as well as to base materials when used as an additive. It provides higher shear stability for improved mixing and processing, stability at high temperatures, excellent weatherability and non-stick characteristics. Suitable for formulated surface coatings for metallic or other high temperature substrates. Teflon™ PTFE DISP 35 is a PTFE dispersion stabilized with an anionic dispersant. It is used for co-coagulation with various fillers to produce products with a range of strengths, porosities and colors required for the application. The use of reinforcing agents can offer such advantages as improved resistance to cut-through and abrasion, increased dimensional and form stability, higher rate of heat dissipation and greater resistance to wear. It provides stability at high temperatures and non-stick characteristics. Suitable for preparation of blends for coating of high performance bearings and seals.
