REGAL® 330 by Cabot is a low structure carbon black designed to impart very good color strength to lithographic gloss inks. It is suitable for use in liquid inks requiring low viscosity, high gloss and good jetness. Its gloss and strength characteristics are desirable for high end publication applications as well as for packaging inks on non-porous substrates. REGAL® 330 is widely used in heat set and sheet fed lithographic ink applications. REGAL® 330R by Cabot is an easy to disperse low viscosity carbon black designed to impart very good color strength to lithographic gloss inks. viscosity, high gloss and good jetness. REGAL® 330R is widely used in heat set and sheet fed lithographic ink applications. REGAL® 660 by Cabot is a carbon black designed for inks and coatings. It is used in liquid inks that require low viscosity, high gloss and high jetness. It is compatible with both aqueous and non-aqueous systems. Its low structure enables high gloss when printed on non-porous substrates. With high tinting strength, it is used as a regular color pigment black for liquid and powder coating systems. Its lower structure allows for less viscosity build without compromising tint strength in both industrial and architectural coatings. REGAL® 660 can be used in general dispersions where the final application requires modest color characteristics and low viscosity. Carbon black. Used for heat set lithographic ink. Imparts good gloss and moderate color strength. Offers good scuff resistance. REGAL® 99R is carbon black pigment. Its low structure imparts good gloss when printed on non-porous substrates. It has very low vehicle demand and moderate color strength. In heat set inks it imparts good gloss and color strength and excellent flow properties. In coldset inks, it imparts excellent rub resistance and excellent color strength. REGAL® 99R is moderately easy to disperse compared to other pigment blacks used in packaging applications, but is difficult to disperse relative to other pigment blacks used in cold set lithographic inks. It is compatible in both aqueous and non-aqueous systems for both publication and packaging applications. Carbon black. Used in publication and packaging applications, heat set and cold set inks. Imparts good gloss and color strength. Offers very good flow properties and rub resistance. Carbon black. Used for lithographic gloss ink applications. Imparts high gloss and very good color strength.
