BYKJET® -9131 by BYK is solution of a structured co-polymer with pigment affinic groups. Acts as a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne inkjet inks. Prevents the reflocculation of pigments via steric hindrance and therefore stabilizes the color strength, hue of pigments in inks as well as pigment concentrates. Viscosity of the pigment concentrates as well as the final inkjet inks is reduced and thixotropy is avoided. Long-term storage stability without viscosity shift is achieved. Provides equal electrical charge to the pigment particles and thus prevents possible co-flocculation of particles that are not equally charged. Due to the excellent pigment deflocculation particle size is small and particle size distribution is narrow which strongly reduces filtration time. BYKJET® -9131 is especially recommended for yellow and cyan inkjet pigments. BYKJET® -9175 by BYK is a next-generation wetting and dispersing additive for perfect stabilization of organic pigments and disperse dyes in aqueous inkjet inks. It is an aqueous solution of a salted methacrylate block copolymer. It deflocculates pigments and stabilizes them by means of steric hindrance.

BYKJET® -9177 has a shelf life of 36 months.

BYKJET® -9142 by BYK is a polymer with pigment affinic groups. It is solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive. The additive improves the dispersing and particle size distribution of inorganic pigments in inkjet inks. Shows a highly deflocculating effect that uses steric hindrance to prevent the re-flocculation of pigments. It leads to a pronounced reduction in viscosity and Newtonian flow characteristics, which can increase the pigment content of the ink. Exhibits good long-term stability with respect to settling behavior and syneresis is also achieved. BYKJET® -9142 can be used in low-polarity ceramic inkjet inks based on hydrocarbons and fatty acid esters. It can be used either as the only dispersing additive or in combination with other products. Recommended dosage is 5-30% additive based upon total formulation. Solution of a structured copolymer with pigment affinic groups. BYKJET® -9152 by BYK is a copolymer with pigment affinic groups. It is a high molecular-weight, solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive. Shows a highly deflocculating effect that uses steric hindrance to prevent the re-flocculation of pigments and reduces viscosity. Improves color strength, gloss, haze, transparency of pigment-based inkjet inks. Exhibits Good long-term stability and produces an even particle size distribution in pigment dispersions reducing the filtration time. BYKJET® -9152 is used in aqueous, strong solvent, eco-solvent and UV-curable inkjet inks. Recommended dosage is 20-70% additive based on organic pigments and 30-100% additive based on carbon black. Alkyl ammonium salt of a high molecular weight copolymer. Structured co-polymer with pigment affinic groups. Acts as a wetting and dispersing additive. It enhances pigment wetting and improves optical properties (color strength, gloss, haze and transparency) because of its outstanding pigment stabilization. It not only reduces the level of viscosity in pigment concentrates and final ink-jet inks, but also prevents thixotropy. Used in all types of aqueous, solvent-borne and UV-curing ink-jet inks. BYKJET® -9170 by BYK is a solution of a structured copolymer with pigment affinic groups. BYKJET® -9170 provides equal electrical charge to the pigment particles and thus prevents possible co-flocculation of particles that are not equally charged. Due to the excellent pigment deflocculation particle size is small and particle size distribution is narrow which strongly reduces filtration time. BYKJET® -9132 by BYK is a solution of a structured acrylate co-polymer with pigment affinic groups. BYKJET® -9132 provides equal electrical charge to the pigment particles and thus prevents possible co-flocculation of particles that are not equally charged.
