Myacide® AS by BASF is a process biocide that helps to prevent bulk spoilage. It is composed of 2-Bromo-2-nitropropane-1,3-diol. Myacide® AS offers high efficiency against bacteria, especially Pseudomonas. It is used for in-can preservation of water-based paints.
