Irganox® 1010 by BASF is an odorless, highly effective, non-discoloring, sterically hindered primary phenolic antioxidant stabilizer. It is compatible with PE, PP, polybutene and olefin copolymers such as ethylene vinyl acetate copolymers. It is used in solvent-based general industrial coatings. It protects organic substrates against thermo-oxidative degradation. It provides extraction resistance and low volatility. Recommended dosage level of Irganox® 1010 is 0.05-0.1%. Irganox® 1520 L by BASF is a multifunctional, liquid phenolic antioxidant. It protects the colorant and binder against photo oxidation, which will also help increase the lifetime of the digitally printed image. Irganox® 1520 L is used in energy-curable ink formulation. Irganox® Tri Blend FF by BASF acts as a light stabilizer, polymer modifier and antioxidant. It is a proprietary blend of antioxidant designed to stabilizes polymer against oxidative degradation. It optimizes for use in polyolefin and styrenic polymer, ensuring long-term thermal stability, processibility and maintaining the physical properties of the material. Irganox® Tri Blend FF is recommended for elastomeric coating, exterior paint, exterior primer, roof coating, water proofing, decorative coating and paints. It has a shelf life of 365 days. Irganox® 1076 FD by BASF is a phenolic antioxidant. It is a highly efficient, odorless, non-discoloring stabilizer that protects organic substrates. It exhibits high resistance to extraction, low volatility, good compatibility with most substrates, excellent color retention and stable to light. It is used in polyolefins such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutene, as well as, in
other polymers, such as styrene homo- and co-polymers. It is applicable for solvent-based coatings. Irganox® 1076 FD is used in transportation and general industrial coatings. Irganox® MD 1024 by BASF is metal deactivator and primary, phenolic antioxidant for telecommunication wire and cable applications. It provides excellent extraction resistance and processing stabilization. It can be used for the stabilization of polymers that come in contact with copper both during processing and long term service. Irganox® MD 1024 is recommended for automotive refinish, furniture flooring and floorcare and industrial coatings.
