Aquaflow™ XLS-500 by Ashland is a hydrophobically modified polyether. It acts as a non-ionic associative rheology modifier. Is pH insensitive and biostable. It provides very efficient Stormer (KU) viscosity build and a unique rheology profile that delivers an unprecedented combination of leveling as well as sag resistance resulting in drip-free paint. It possesses exceptional viscosity retention on tinting, excellent gloss development and spatter resistance. It has been shown to be extremely effective when used in conjunction with a high-shear effective NSAT thickener such as Aquaflow™ XLS-500 for efficient ICI viscosity build, however, excellent compatibility has been demonstrated with all categories of synthetic associative thickeners and cellulose ethers. Aquaflow™ NLS-200 by Ashland is a rheology modifier, nonionic associative polymer solution. It provides superior flow and leveling. It offers good spatter resistance. Aquaflow™ NLS-200 is used in interior and exterior formulations. Aquaflow™ NMS-450 by Ashland is a nonionic synthetic associative thickener based on hydrophobically modified polyether grade free of APEO. It is a solvent-free. It has been optimized for "mid-shear" performance and is designed to provide a balance of Stormer (KU) viscosity along with high-shear (ICI) viscosity build. Aquaflow™ NMS-450 will function as a sole thickener in many architectural paint formulations based on hydrophobic resin systems, such as acrylics and styrene acrylics. In more hydrophilic resins systems, such as vinyl acetate ethylene (VAE), optimized rheology may be achieved alone or in combination with a supplemental KU driver. Aquaflow™ NMS-460 by Ashland is a liquid synthetic rheology modifier for mid-shear (KU/ICI) viscosity build in low-VOC. It provides a solvent-free rheology solution compatible with all latex systems. It is used in waterborne paint and coating formulations. It is suitable for interior and exterior coatings and is compatible with acrylic, styrene-acrylic, vinyl-acrylic, and vinyl acetate ethylene latexes. Aquaflow™ NLS-220 by Ashland is a hydrophobically modified polyether-based thickener. <br>

It acts as non-ionic associative thickener. It is a pH insensitive and biostable. It provides superior flow and leveling as well as high ICI viscosity. Aquaflow™ NHS-310 offers full gloss development, excellent spatter resistance and outstanding brush drag as well as film build. Aquaflow™ NHS-350 by Ashland is an APEO-free, hydrophobically modified polyether. It acts as a solvent-free, non-ionic synthetic associative thickener. It provides efficient ICI viscosity development, excellent film build and favorable brush drag. Aquaflow™ NHS-350 is intended to be used in combination with a low-shear effective NSAT (KU driver) for the optimal balance of Stormer (KU) and ICI viscosity. Aquaflow™ XLS-525 by Ashland is a non-ionic synthetic associative thickener. It is solvent-free, pH insensitive and biostable hydrophobically modified polyether. It is compatible with virtually all resin systems.<br>

Is compatible with acrylic, styrene-acrylic, vinyl-acrylic latexes and can be used in interior as well as exterior formulations. Can also be used as the sole rheology modifier in low-PVC paints made with small particle size latexes. However, combinations of Aquaflow™ NHS-300 often provide the optimum balance of high as well as low-shear viscosity.
