JRCure 4010 by Anstar is a photoinitiator. It provides an outstanding absorption properties. It exhibits at low concentrations an outstanding curing performance in highly pigmented resist formulations without resulting in yellowing. It could be used in UV curable photoresist formulations either alone
or in combination with other photoinitiators or sensitizers, JRCure 4010 is useful in photosensitive polyimide formulations, in spacer terials for LCD, in microlense materials, in overcoat layers and in dielectric or insulating layers. JRCure 4020 by Anstar is a highly efficient photoinitiator for radical photopolymerization of ethylenically unsaturated compounds that is mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers and/or (pre)-polymers. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring extremely high photosensitivity. It also exhibits an outstanding curing performance in highly pigmented and opaque resist formulations. JRCure 4020 can be used in UV-sensitive photoresist formulations either alone or in combination with other photoinitiators or sensitizers. Designed for color filter-, black matrix-, photo-spacer resists, protective coatings and photosensitive insulation and protection layers. JRCure 1115 by Anstar is a liquid photoinitiator that is low yellowing, low migration, low volatility and low odor. It can be used as the first choice for low odor UV varnish formulations. It is also suitable for aqueous UV curing systems. JRCure 1115 has a shelf life of 12 months. JRCure 184S by Anstar is a liquid Type I photoinitiator with high activity, low yellowing, and fast surface drying. It is suitable for use with mercury lamps. It has excellent compatibility with acrylate monomers or resins. It is used in varnishes, plastic-, vacuum plating-, wood coatings, lithographic printing-, screen printing-, flexographic inks and electronic products. JRCure 184S has a shelf life of 12 months. JRCure 938 by Anstar is an aromatic iodonium salt photoinitiator designed for cationic UV-curing systems. It features high photoinitiation activity, fast curing speed, and excellent surface drying. The product offers non-yellowing and non-migratory performance with no odor, making it suitable for applications where colour stability and surface quality are critical. It shows improved absorption at 365 nm and 385 nm when used with a sensitizer. JRCure 938 has a shelf life of 12 months. Recommended dosage level is 0.5-2% w/w. JRCure 1508 distributed by Anstar is a polymeric thioxanthone photoinitiator. It provides low migration, low odor, high activity, better solubility in monomers and oligomers. It can be used for LED UV curing system. It can be used alongside polymeric amines, polymeric α-amino ketones and phosphine oxide initiators such as 1819.<br>
