JRCure 4020 by Anstar is a highly efficient photoinitiator for radical photopolymerization of ethylenically unsaturated compounds that is mono- or multifunctional vinyl monomers and/or (pre)-polymers. It is particularly suitable for applications requiring extremely high photosensitivity. It also exhibits an outstanding curing performance in highly pigmented and opaque resist formulations. JRCure 4020 can be used in UV-sensitive photoresist formulations either alone or in combination with other photoinitiators or sensitizers. Designed for color filter-, black matrix-, photo-spacer resists, protective coatings and photosensitive insulation and protection layers.
