MODAFLOW® Powder 6000 by allnex is a silicone-free flow and levelling agent. It is developed to control surface defects in powder coating systems. It reduces pinholes, fisheyes, craters, and orange peel and broadens cross-compatibility between powder formulations.<br>

<li>Recommended dosage level of MODAFLOW® Powder 6000 is 0.75-1.5 parts per hundred resin.</li>
<li>It has a shelf life of 4 years.</li></ul> MODAFLOW® RESIN by allnex is a low/zero VOC, silicone-, APEO-, and tin-free acrylic flow modifier for non-aqueous industrial coatings. It is suitable for radiation curing systems. It offers improved leveling, substrate wetting and enhanced substrate adhesion. <br>

<li>It is effective in eliminating pinholes, fisheyes, orange feel and craters in epoxy, polyester, hybrid, urethane, and acrylic powder coatings. </li>

It improves flow and leveling, substrate wetting and adhesion. It is also effective in eliminating pinholes, fisheyes, orange peel and craters in epoxy, polyester, hybrid, urethane, and acrylic-based coating systems.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It facilitates pigment dispersion, defoams and helps in air release.</li>
<li>The recommended dosage level is 0.15-2.5% on solid resin.</li>
<li>MODAFLOW® EPSILON has a shelf life of 1460 days at 25°C.</li></ul> MODAFLOW® NSR 100 by allnex is scratch resistance of automotive OEM, vehicle refinish, plastic & wood clearcoats and pigmented topcoats. It is a solvent-based, concentrated dispersion of modified nanosilica.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>The recommended dosage level or anti scratch paint formulation is 1-1.5% nanosilica additive on total paint formulation (solids on solids).</li>
<li>The shelf life of MODAFLOW® NSR 100 is 365 days.</li></ul> MODAFLOW® Powder III by allnex is a low/zero VOC, efficient flow aid for industrial powder coatings. It contains very fine, free-flowing particles, making it easy to incorporate into epoxy, polyester, hybrid, urethane and acrylic formulations. It offers improved rheology, leveling, substrate wetting and enhanced initial adhesion.<br>

<li>The recommended dosage level is between 0.5-2 parts per hundred resin.</li>

It is highly compatible in all non-aqueous clear coat and topcoat formulations. It outperforms surface characteristics such as gloss, DOI, sharpness, brilliancy and anti-orange-peel effect.<br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It incorporates easily in many solvent-borne resin types including high solids and ultra-high solids.</li>
<li>It can be applied in solvent-free and radiation curing systems.</li>
<li>It is used in automotive OEM, refinish and industrial coatings.</li>
<li>Due to its high hydroxyl functionality, it may be co cross-linked in stoving or 2K systems and does not show a decrease in interlayer adhesion.</li>
<li>Recommended dosage level of MODAFLOW® Lambda is 0.05-0.3%.</li>
<li>The shelf life of this product is 1460 days at 25°C.</li></ul> MODAFLOW® AQ 3025 by allnex is a silicone-free, acrylic-based, low viscosity flow/leveling agent. It is designed for aqueous coatings and radiation curing, water-reducible, latex, & dispersion systems. It is amine neutralized in water and contains no organic solvents. It provides surface defect control and aids pigment dispersion. Recommended dosage level of MODAFLOW® AQ 3025 is 1-2% on total coating resin solids. It can be stored at 25°C for 365 days. MODAFLOW® 9200 by allnex is a low viscosity, high-performance, silicone-free acrylic flow modifier. It is suitable for radiation curing systems. It is developed for solvent-based automotive and industrial coatings, especially in clear topcoat applications. <br>
<ul style="padding-left: 40px;"><li>It offers high gloss and excellent DOI (distinctivness of image) in the coating film. </li>
<li>It is low/zero VOC, APEO and tin-free, FDA food contact compliant.</li>
<li>It improves substrate wetting and leveling as well as maintains substrate and intercoat adhesion. </li>
<li>It reduces pinholes, fisheyes, craters and orange peel and facilitates pigment dispersion. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-2.0%. </li>

It is developed for use in water-reducible, latex and dispersion systems. It is compatible with a broad range of chemistries. Usage level is 1-2 % on total coating
