MODAFLOW® 9200 by allnex is a low viscosity, high-performance, silicone-free acrylic flow modifier. It is suitable for radiation curing systems. It is developed for solvent-based automotive and industrial coatings, especially in clear topcoat applications.
- It offers high gloss and excellent DOI (distinctivness of image) in the coating film.
- It is low/zero VOC, APEO and tin-free, FDA food contact compliant.
- It improves substrate wetting and leveling as well as maintains substrate and intercoat adhesion.
- It reduces pinholes, fisheyes, craters and orange peel and facilitates pigment dispersion. Recommended dosage level is 0.1-2.0%.
- MODAFLOW® 9200 has a shelf life of 1460 days.
